Worship & Services
As a Christian family, worship is central to our life together. This keeps us rooted in God and in the traditions of our shared Christian faith.
We offer different styles of service as part of a regular pattern.
Worship on Sundays
Below, you will find the kinds of services we offer on Sundays. At different times of the year, the pattern may vary, and there may also be additional services on offer. You’ll find details of all services on the ‘What’s On’ page of our website, as well as on our Facebook page.
10am Sung Parish Eucharist
Every Sunday. A service with hymns and a sermon, normally lasting 60-75 minutes, and with coffee afterwards.
10am All-Ages Together Family Service
This is normally on the 1st Sunday of the month and lasts for about 60 minutes or less, again with coffee afterwards. A children’s corner with books and toys is available, as are toilet and nappy changing facilities.
12noon Baptism service
On the 1st Sunday of each month, for up to 2 families per service.
6pm The Meeting Place
On the 2nd Sunday of the month, with a worship band and a mix of contemporary and traditional hymns and songs, in partnership with St Cuthbert’s, Wells, alternating between the two churches.

This is a service of sacred chants/songs, prayers and silence.

Crafty Church
Once a month, on Saturdays between 10.30-12.30, we hold Crafty Church, which is for families with older toddlers and primary school aged children. Each session has a different theme. We offer a variety of high-quality crafts and activities, along with a story and/or song to end the session. For those who wish to stay on, we serve a free lunch at 12 noon in the church hall.
